The TRF burner is an indirect heating burner that uses single-end type heat transfer tube, heating through radiant heat. It has a compact installation in the furnace body and provides a uniform temperature distribution on the tube surface. **Features of the TRF Burner:** - Achieves high thermal efficiency through heat recovery with the built-in heat exchanger! - Can be installed compactly in equipment due to its double-layer structure of the outer and inner tubes. - The tube surface temperature distribution is excellent, and it has high power compared to electric heaters. - A burner with stable combustion and low NOx emissions. - The use of heat-resistant metal tubes allows for furnace temperatures up to 950°C. - There is also a ceramic tube option for the outer tube. - Installation can be done both horizontally and vertically. - By attaching an ejector to the exhaust port, it can create a negative pressure in the outer tube, preventing combustion exhaust gases from leaking into the furnace even if there is wear on the outer tube. High Efficiency Regenerative Radiant Tube Burner [RTR Gas Burner]

Tube thermal efficiency of over 80%! The burner features a two-unit set with a switchable heat storage combustion method, enabling compact and high-load indirect heating.

A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of integrated burners (regenerative burners) every few seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner combusts next, the combustion air is preheated by the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat.
